TMT Bars – TMT Bars, or thermomechanically treated steel bars, are high-strength deformed steel bars used in reinforced cement concrete (RCC) operations that are produced with the use of technological advancements.Steel bars are subjected to rapid cooling after rolling in this technique. The interior core becomes hot when the temperature is quickly dropped to make the surface layer hard. Tempering occurs as a result of further cooling in the environment and heat from the core.
